Place your order by adding an item to your cart and proceed with the check out process. You will be directed to PayPal where you can complete your payment. For bank deposit orders, you will receive an e-mail on our bank details. We will process your order once we receive proof of payment. We will only hold your order for 3 days. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
When your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be sent to the address provided during check out. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders within the Philippines will be sent via Xend, Fasttrack, or LBC. International orders will be sent via DHL Express. Delivery times may vary on destination. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only valid for wrong sizing. You may exchange your item to your preferred size. We will only exchange your item once. Only unused items are applicable for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will shoulder the return charges of the item.
We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where the package cannot be traced. We will not accept delivery of parcels without postage paid. Any returns without postage paid will be refused and returned to sender at his/her costs. If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
Exchanges are only valid for the brands sold on this site – Tannus and Spiuk.
